Speaking about the nature and essence of the state, we mention the existence of multiple theories, accompanied by a large number of definitions of it. State definitions are as numerous as contradictory, depending on the doctrine that share some or other authors. Speaking of state, first, we must see in it a political entity, established on a territory defined by borders, people whos the territory belongs, and an institutionalized power exercising sovereignty over the territory and over the rules of conduct.
