For the first time on the level of national legislation, conflict of interest has been reflected in Law on Con¬flict of Interest No.16 XVI of lb.02.2008. This study is aiminat the research of the notion, content and regu¬lation of a conflict of interest and at making proposals on the necessity of some changes in Law No. 16-XVI, regarding in particular the concept of personal interest and the extension of the list of related persons. It has been observed that the officials do not declare their interests, and the lack of Main Ethics Commission Hinders the implementation of a number of requirements of the legislative acts.
