Labour Inspection designates, in a narrow, sense the specialized body of the central public administration, which according to the law, has the corresponding functions to implement control. Labour inspection, in a broad sense, represents the controlon the enforcement of special and general Rules in the field of work relations, secutity and neapth, as well as, the organization of this control, by the bodies which are competent under the law.
