În studiul de faţă se investighează rolul Parlamentului în realizarea dreptului la proprietate, prin analiza funcţiilor acestei autorităţi în raport cu dreptul în discuţie, în special a funcţiei legislative. De rând cu funcţia legislativă, în acest demers ştiinţific, se mai analizează şi funcţia de interpretare a legii, funcţia de control, dreptul deputaţilor de a sesiza Curtea Constituţională pentru controlul constituţionalităţii legilor; atribuţii care întregesc rolul acestei instituţii în garantarea realizării dreptului la proprietate.

The present study investigates the role of the Parliament in realizing the right to property, by analyzing the functions of this authority in relation to the right in question, especially the legislative function. Along with the legislative function, in this scientific approach, the function of interpreting the law, the control function, the right of the deputies to notify the Constitutional Court for the control of the constitutionality of the laws are also analyzed; attributions that complete the role of this institution in guaranteeing the realization of the right to property.
