Descriere: The main paradigm of the present stage of economic development of the Republic of Moldova is that our economy is a battle field between the shadow and legal business, but, unfortunately, the latter loses this battle. The task of Moldovan legal business (that pays taxes) is not only to equalize the score, but to win! For this, it is necessary to make the legal form of running business more attractive and efficient in comparison with the illegal entrepreneurial activity.
