This article is about the international, national and regional security system and the forms of using the force by the International Organizations. Besides the cases relevant by the legitimated defense or application of states agreements, juridical norms and practice, make the last appeal to force a privilege of International Organizations – reflecting by these, the international community care for setting the force in humanity benefit. The role of International Organizations is prominent in debating and solving different conflicts.
