One of the efficient mechanism based on objective indicators, aimed at determination the quality of local public services, represents their evaluation performances. Thus the evaluation of performances is meant to know the real situation of every local public service type, giving the possibility to defact the weak points and to know the beneficiary is attitude concerning the chosen solutions and the evolution of necessities which they express, which gives the possibility to reorientate and provide coherence of the respective local public service.
