The Academy of Public Administration office of the President of the Republic of Moldova, as the national center for promoting the state policy in the field of Public Administration, has plenary contributed to the development of Local Public Administration in the Republic of Moldova. A thorough examination of public administration present situation from the Republic of Moldova entirely based on the traditional Moldovan administration system constituted during centuries within the Moldovan history and being a component part of the French modern model of public administration, proves that more than a decade and a half of real independence the territorial- administrative reform has been promoted in the country which inevitably involves local public administration reforms.
