In the present article, the author mentions that new possibilities of obtaining access to information in the field of public administration appeared at the end of the XX and the beginning of the XXI century. This fact is stipulated in both the national and the international legislations. Various electronic programs facilitate the direct contact of the citizen with the administrative bodies on the whole globe. Yet, it is worth mentioning that in order to get hold of the useful information and to conduct an efficient communication in the field of public administration, it is necessary to possess specific informational knowledge and linguistic culture. In this context, it is necessary to differentiate between the users of the information what concerns their skills and the informational strategies.
