In the article it is treated the evaluation of professors and educational managers. It is clarified the notion of performances, the performance characteristics. It is discussed the standard of performance of professors/managers and indices of standards. Performance evaluation is proposed under criteria, with a certain goal and objectives. There are set evaluation stages, methods, techniques, and errors.
