This study describes an issue for a standpoint research and regulation of the legal regime of the administrative contact in Community law and its role in the public services. A new approach treats this regard and the issue of separation of modern trends of European contract law and the important impact on developing single European rules that will determine the share of administrative contracts and its fields of application.
