In the present article, the author examines some constitutional theoretical and practical aspects of the legality of the control of the acts of local public administration authorities. Concrete local examples of legislation derogation committed by the local authorities are cited. The Minister comes to the conclusion that the need for an efficient activity on behalf of the central public authorities, the authorities and institutions authorized in the professional development of the locally elected officials and of the public servants is imperative.
