In this article, the author analyses shortly the cooperation between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union after the expiracy of the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement and also of the Action Plan European Union - Republic of Moldova; the positive but also the negative results of our country in the main spheres; the achievements which are absolutely necessary in order to become closer to the European comunity. A detailed examination is made of the main achievements of the Aliance for European Integration govenmentai programme which is aimed at getting the relations with the EU closer, including the actions of our authorities (the Government of Republic of Moldova, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, etc.! On the negotiations of the Associate Agreement to the EU, as well as the cooperation of our country with European stuctures in different domains.
