The control’s institution has a key in the functioning of social systems. For government the control comes to check opportunity and correct functioning of public authorities in terms of their effectiveness. A special role in exercising the control over function of public administration lies with Parliament. In this article it is address some aspects of parliamentary control exercised over the institution of the presidency. The President, in his capacity as head of state and guarantor of the Constitution hold office in strict accordance with the law and the function of control compliance thereof as a representative and legislative powers of the supreme court of the country - Parliament of Moldova.
