The purpose of this article is the highlighting of the difference between the economic categories „work” and „workforce;” „wares” and wares-workforce.” Here are examined the unity and distinction of this categories and „exchange value” of the wares-workforce; „needed work” and „extrawork”; content and peculiarities of labor market.
