Articolul descrie tendinţele generale şi caracteristicile distructive de formare a sistemelor de partide în ţările din Europa Centrală şi de Est. Autorul analizează diverse procese politice din ţările menţionate de la sfârşitul anilor 80 ai secolului trecut până la aderarea lor la Uniunea Europeană.

The article describes general tendencies and distractive features of the formation of party systems in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The author analyses various political processes in the countries mentioned above from the end of the 80s up to their accessions to the European Union.
