The article analyzes the main elements of the technology of reengineering of administrative processes of local authorities. In the process of reengineering administrative processes, a model of the organizational structure of local authorities is used. In the process of reengineering, an optimal management system is created and conditions are laid for the formation of mechanisms for further self-improvement.

În articol se analizează principalele elemente ale tehnologiei de reinginerie a proceselor administrative din cadrul autorităților locale. În procesul de reproiectare a proceselor administrative este utilizat un model al structurii organizaționale a autorităților locale. În procesul de reinginerie este creat un sistem de control optim și sunt stabilite condiții de formare a mecanismelor de autoperfecționare ulterioară.
