În acest articol ne propunem să supunem unei analize statistico-criminalistice a infracţiunii de omor înregistrate, pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova, pe parcursul anilor 2018-2019. Doar în urma unei analize a acestui gen de infracţiune pot fi generalizate informaţiile despre caracteristicile cantitative ale criminalităţii, cauzele şi condiţiile acestui fenomen, personalitatea infractorului, victima infracţiunii etc. Această informaţie permite relevarea legităţilor şi particularităţilor tipice fenomenelor studiate, precum şi dependenţa sau interacţiunea dintre ele. Ca urmare, pot fi obţinute informaţii necesare pentru elaborarea diferitor măsuri de prevenire a criminalităţii, inclusiv pentru aprecierea respectivului sistem de măsuri eficiente.

In this article we intend to submit to a statistical-forensic analysis of the crime of murder registered on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, during the years 2018-2019. Only after an analysis of this type of crime can be generalized the information about the quantitative characteristics of the crime, the causes and conditions of this phenomenon, the personality of the offender, the victim of the crime, etc. This information allows the revelation of the legitimacies and particularities typical of the studied phenomena, as well as the dependence or interaction between them. As a result, the necessary information can be obtained for the development of various crime prevention measures, including the assessment of that system of effective measures.
