Increasing the quality of the public administration act is a major objective of public authorities that are at the service of citizens both at the central and local level. From this perspective, the identification and introduction into practice of methods, techniques and work tools aimed at removing subjectivism and efficient use of resources, is a strict and common approach for the public service. In the case, the Public-Private Partnership is one of the mechanisms, established by the state policy of the Republic of Moldova, reflected in the legal framework, which contributes to overcoming the economic crisis situation in the Republic of Moldova, when the medium and long-term funding sources are practically inaccessible within the existing banking system.
