The article is devoted to the problems of migration policy and coordination of incoming ows of migrants in some countries, such as Germany, Ireland, Moldova and the United States of America. The author identifies the winning points in the policies of each of these countries, as well as negative features, as a result of which countries do not achieve positive results for their economies.
