Understanding the character of trance borders and organizational crime is facilitated not only by analyzing the borders and customs, but also by presentation of globalization phenomenon and regional and international integration, that will emphasize peculiarity of super states communities" organization. Intern and international juridical foresights concerning territory, borders and customs, proved that in political and juridical world order coexist both the principle of territory integrity and state borders inviolability and the principle of peaceful cooperation between them for resolving some economical interests and ensuring legality in cases of committing some offences that outrun the state territory frame.
