Through the conclusion of the Contract on Labour, reflected in article 43, of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova of 1994 a citizen exercises the right to work. This right presumes not only to treat citizens of the Republic of Moldova in equal way in the field of juridical reports on labour but the assurance of the stability of juridical reports on labour, as well.
