The evaluation is an operation of comparison – a result is compared with an objective; a situation of the start is compared with that of the end. To evaluate means to make an appreciation based on the measure or on the information and referred to the criteria. It, s evaluated during making a decision. The appreciation of the personnel represents a global objective evaluation of the activity and behavior of every employer, affected by the chief on the base of the criteria which observe the results exceeded during the work, the level of professional preparation, the care of the patrimonial of the organizatim, personal qualities, the conduct at the place of work, in the family and society, the respect of legislations, keeping professional secrets.
