The present compartment of the study, dedicated to the 650 anniversary since the creation of the Moldovan State, is aimed at the analysis of the contribution of state functionaries to the constitution and development of the Moldovan culture. It was namely through culture that the Moldovan State and the traditional system of administration were strengthened. This is an novel tentative, as such thematic studies have never been undertaken until now, not even in the fundamental work elaborated and published by us within the Academy “The History of Public Administration from Moldova”. Obviously, the central and local administrative structures of the Moldovan State were plenary concerned.
