Various aspects of the formation of the civil society, the political relations within the state, the relations between the church and the state, the creation of the national mechanism for the integration of the citizens with limited physical abilities into all spheres of the social life, the provision of childrens, youths and elderly peoples social protection are also debated- Concrete proposals for the edification of the democratic society, open and oriented towards the citizens and to the human being in general, are also contained in the article.
