In the present article the author attempts to analyze the international context of the constitution and development of the Moldovan State. The conflict of political interests and its manifestation on the internal and external levels served as the object of investigation and basis for the research. Special attention is paid to the reflection of contradictions and their impact on the entity of the Moldovan society within the Moldovan - Romanian relations.
