To conscious the fact that, in conditions of armed conflict, each human rights violation attracts after it state’s responsibility (and, clearly, can provoke an immediate opponent reaction proceeding from the principle of negative reciprocity or, in a longer perspective, it can be end for the state with the necessity of paying contributions for the caused damage at the end war), it has to become an additional challenge for respecting the set up conduct code through the above mentioned international norms. Such influence upon the belligerent state can be increased through the external pressure, exerted by public opinion, which is created, frequently, by communications and comments made in media. The external pressure can take forms of some confidential or public presentations, made by third: Government, intergovernmental regional and international organizations.
