In this article are investigated the peculiarities and forming phases of integrated unions, regional associations and management principles of regional integration. An important place in this research is given to the examination of the development process of the new regionalism in the Asia-Pacific regions and Central Asia. It should be noted that at present in the world function 85 regional economic conventions and more than 100 regional integrated trade and economic groups. According to the cited data we can draw a conclusion that on the social and political world arena actively take place formation processes of three global poles of economic power-European, American and Asia-Pacific.
