The purpose of this study is noi only lo achieve an overview of the concepts of national defense, common defense and existing collective defense, without which we can not understand the phenomenon examined, but mainly to propose a new approach to study the safety, in which to take account, on the one hand, the complexity of this concept related to human nature, and, on the other hand, de velopments in national and international security environment.
