The objectives of government and ensure smooth functioning of state institutions is vested with public authorities. Traditional classification of public authorities and territorial criterion brings material to identify the public authorities and the general competence of special jurisdiction. In addition specialist central administrative authorities as well as ministries and other administrative authorities 5' set up by Parliament and the Government ativează, distinguished authorities and 40 autonomous entity responsible for specific areas of public interest. These authorities are established on the basis of law by Parliament, President of the Republic or the Government but are not within their jurisdiction (except the State Guard and Protection Service under the President of the Republic of Moldova) completed the mission under the law. In what follows, we will conduct a review of the institutions provided a revealing summary of the status, functions 17 and their governing bodies.
