The principle of freedom of labour does not refer to the obligation of the State to provide jobs for all citizens, but to respect the freedom of choice of employment. As the principle of the freedom of labour law, labour has several components. Thus, freedom of work implies the person to exercise their right to work or not, to decide where, whom and under what circumstances will work, freedom of choice of profession, the freedom to decide on termination by virtue of resignation, the right to participate in negotiations of collective and individual, in fixing the conditions of employment.
