În acest articol vom continua procesul de cercetare a conceptului Centrul Guvernului și implicațiile acestuia asupra actului de guvernare, într-o lume în care viteza de dezvoltare devine incontrolabilă. Așadar, vom perpetua efortul de cercetare a rolului Centrului Guvernului în diferite forme de guvernământ și regimuri politice. De asemenea, vom studia şi structura Centrului Guvernului. Funcțiile și dimensiunile funcționale, de asemenea, vor face obiectul prezentului articol. Un accent deosebit va fi plasat pe funcția de coordonare, deoarece aceasta reprezintă funcţia-cheie a Centrului guvernamental.

In this article we are going to continue our process of searching the concept of government center and its implications over the government act, in a world where the speed of the development is uncontrolled. So, we’ll continue the process with the searching of the roll of the center of government in different form of the government and political regime. Also, we’ll look to the structure of government center. The functions and the dimensions of the functions also will be the subject of this article. A special accent will be placed on the coordination function since it is the core-function of the overall functions of the government center.
