Pe parcursul ultimilor ani, în Republica Moldova a fost lansat un șir de servicii publice electronice care au drept scop îmbunătățirea sistemului public și creșterea eficienței și transparenței instituțiilor guvernamentale. Acum cetățenii pot și să le achite în regim online, cu ajutorul serviciului MPay. Potrivit autorităților, prin implementarea acestei tehnologii atât instituțiile statului cât și mediul de afaceri își vor eficientiza serviciile publice pentru a răspunde pe deplin nevoilor cetăţenilor.

Over the past few years, a number of electronic public services have been launched in Moldova with the aim of improving the public system and increasing the efficiency and transparency of government institutions. Now, citizens can also pay them online with MPay. According to the authorities, by implementing this technology, both state institutions and the business environment will streamline their public services to fully meet citizens’ needs.
