În acest articol sunt analizate principalele probleme legate de aspectul de feminizare a migraţiei. Analiza datelor statistice a scos în evidenţă aspectele negative ale migraţiei de muncă feminine specifice Republicii Moldova, cum ar fi descalificarea forţei de muncă, precum şi o serie de probleme sociale. Cu toate acestea, migraţia de muncă poate să le ofere femeilor oportunitatea de a deveni libere şi independente, inclusiv din punct de vedere economic şi social. Migraţia feminină de muncă din Republica Moldova este un fenomen obiectiv care poate avea atât un impact pozitiv cât şi negativ. Din aceste considerente, orice politică de reglementare a migraţiei feminine de muncă trebuie să fie axată atât pe atenuarea aspectelor sale negative cât şi pe extinderea aspectelor sale pozitive.

The article analyses the main issues related to the aspect of feminization of migration. The analysis of the statistical data highlight the negative aspects of female labor migration specific to the Republic of Moldova, such as the disqualification of the labor force, as well as a series of social problems. However, labor migration can give women the opportunity to become free and independent, including from the economic and social points of view. Women’s labor migration from the Republic of Moldova is an objective phenomenon that can have both a positive and a negative impact. For this reason, any policy to regulate female labor migration should be focused on both the mitigation of its negative aspects and the expansion of its positive aspects.
