The article investigates the role of public administration in the conditionsof democratization of the political process. Analyze such trends and principles of democratization, the development of parliamentary and parliamentary coalitions, local government, electoral campaigns, freedom of speech in the media, etc. The main theoretical approaches to the process of democratization marked the components of good governance in a democratic political regime.
