Modern societies are passing a long period of transition from a paternalistic way of thinking to a free and democratic one. Many researchers consider that coalition governments, created and based on democratic traditions, nowadays represent the best way to influence politically the development of an entire state. The role of coalition governments are crucial for establishing political stability and assuring a common sense for state institutions.
